"The house is in a really good neighbourhood, with kids playing around the area you always get that homely vibe even away from home. Rooms are clean and Allen himself is a really good landlord, checks everything is in place, in case something needs fixing he is the first person you should text and he will be there asap. The kitchen has a really nice space and it is up to the tenants to keep the common areas clean, I recommend the place 100%."
