This community is located conveniently off of the Plaza and Eastway Dr. Just mins from I-85, and Noda (lots of bars and activities). 10 mins from Uncc and Uptown Charlotte. This Citiside condo has an HOA and they take care of the lawn and has a community pool.

It was one of the best. Darren was great making sure we all were comfortable. Most of all the roommates were good and we got along fine.

The land lord is amazing but just do a month and make sure you get along with your rooomamtes

The landlord was amazing. He responded right away. He came when he could and do what he need to do to fix any problem. alcove words on top of fixing broken things but again was not good with roommate problems

Alcove and the landlord were good when it came to broken things or if you know you needed something, but alcove with roommate disputes, the landlord was amazing and always helped us out

The landlord is amazing. He’s attentive he’ll come and fix things if need be. if you’re having a roommate problem as long as you have your proof to back it up he’s gonna help you out and make sure that the roommate is dealt with. He’s funny. He’s very personable. Just a all around great guy
