Home was comfortable,  had great roommates!  A couple of "new home" issues (brand new home build/rental) but these were quickly resolved.  Nice neighbors, quiet but super close to all needed places!

It is not a truly fenced in yard (3 sides are fenced), I added a temporary garden fence to contain my pup.

Quiet neighborhood, large room, clean, respectful roommates.

Alcove provided immediate response,  owner was more difficult to get response from.
