Resident parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles must be registered, operable, and display current registration and insurance. Commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, RVs, and inoperable vehicles are prohibited unless approved by management. Vehicles parked in fire lanes, handicapped spaces without proper credentials, reserved spaces, or otherwise in violation of community rules are subject to towing at the owner's expense. Guest parking is permitted only in designated areas and may be subject to community rules.
