Right next to the Greenway trail in Dixon Dr. Park - perfect to take a break midday and go for a recharge walk! - 20 min from Wake Forest - 15 min from Downtown Raleigh - 13 min from Falls Lake Duplex TRANSPARENCY: - A shared mailbox and laundry with other duplex unity UNIT#A (above this unit) Some people are OK with this others are not. We have not had any problems because we only have upright character people in our screening for tenants for all our units. - Also, need to walk around the building to access the front door.
