Rent It Network’s full-service property management includes everything from the resident placement, as well as services throughout the duration of the lease for both you and the tenant and guarantees a 12-month tenant placement.

Maintenance: Rent It Network offers 24/7 maintenance and repairs through their office so you won’t have to worry about coordination.

Inspections: Full inspections are routine to ensure your property's condition and safety.

Reports: Property value, accounting yearly and monthly reports, along with the inspections are all conducted by Rent It Network and available to you in their property owner portal.

Fee: Placement fee of 75% of the first month’s rent + 8-10% monthly management fee
