How to get there: If navigating from the Alcove Rooms log-in screen, simply click the grey tenant icon in the top right of the screen and select "My Alcove" from the drop down menu.
Last month we asked you to share your Alcove experience with us. We are so thankful to everyone that took the time to fill out the survey, regardless of how high or low you scored us.
We are listening and constantly working to improve the Alcove Housemate experience. Here's are a few of our biggest takeaways and what we are doing to improve your experience.

We are frustrated for you when a Landlord is slow to reply and complete a repair.
Though Alcove can't go and complete the repairs ourselves, we can hold Landlords more accountable by increasing our follow-up emails, texts, and calls until the the repair is resolved in a complete and timely manner.
In addition to a payment section in My Alcove, we will also be emailing rent reminders each month.
