Crye-Leike Property Management is a full-service property management company that offers services for residential and commercial properties. They are a larger property management company with 130+ branches across four states including Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia, and Mississippi. 

Because Crye-Leike Property Management is a large company with so many branches, each individual rating can vary. For example, the Memphis branch has 1.5 out of 5 stars from 20+ reviews on Yelp. The Brentwood, TN branch has 3 out of 5 stars from 18 reviews on Google.

Property Management

Crye-Leike is a full-service property management company. Below are some of the services they offer.

Appraisal and Listing: Crye-Leike will help determine how much you should earn in monthly rent according to the current market as well as list the property using advertising and their leasing staff.

Leasing: A lease and related documents will be provided along with finding a qualifying tenant. Checks will be performed on tenant credit history, rental history, and criminal background.

Maintenance: Crye-Leike will schedule maintenance as needed and has a general contractor on staff.

Accounting: Rent, bills, and monthly reports are provided through their online reporting system for you to access.

Other Services: Court appearances, lease renewals, contact with the tenants, inspections, and customer support are taken care of by Crye-Leike.


Recurring Management Fees: A determined percentage of the monthly rent. For rentals under $600, there is usually a monthly charge of $50.

Lease Signing Fees: Initial leasing fee up to one month’s rent.

Maintenance/Repairs:  You, the property owner, will still be responsible for all maintenance and repair costs. They will be paid through Crye-Leike.

Advertising: Quoted on a per variable basis depending on location and property.
