Fees

1836 operates with three different levels of property management which they call silver, gold, and platinum. These levels are based on how much income you earn from your rental property. They also do not include costs associated with your property having a pool or spa. If you have multiple properties, you may also get a discount.

  • Silver - Properties up to $1,750

    • Monthly Management: $89

    • Leasing Fee: 100% of one month’s rent

  • Gold - Properties between $1,750 and $3,000

    • Monthly Management: $119

    • Leasing Fee: 75% of one month’s rent

  • Platinum - $3,000 and up

    • Monthly Management: $169

    • Leasing Fee: 50% of one month’s rent
