How it works
Step-by-step on getting started
1. Submit your interest
Fill out our form to begin the process. Once completed, Alcove will assess your transactions to determine if they align with our criteria.
2. Initial consultation
A representative from Alcove will get in touch, detailing the process for you and/or the property owner. Note that this step is not necessary once at least one property has been referred.
3. List property
You or your client can then create an account and list the property. To finalize the referral and onboarding process, at least one bedroom must be leased. Ensure that the referral form is filled during this process.
4. Get paid
Once the 1st bedroom lease is finalized, a $500 per homeowner bonus will be paid to the referring agent.
